trick or treat!

It was so fun hanging out next door for a toddler party and hand out candy to the neighborhood kids. 

The most unusual costume we saw was a little girl dressed as a roll of paper towels (she's in white in the pic below):

Sterling was happy as always 

And Hudson got to drive Lulu's race car, which was the highlight of the evening for him. He also caught a truck in the net, of which he was very proud.

Next year when our scaffolding is down, I hope we can actually have a joint party.

all Hallows' eve

Hudson goes to school on Thursday. His friend Max is often dressed up as a firefighter or Superman. But not today! Just Hudson was dressed up as a race at driver!

Sterling is the cutest cowboy, don't you think?

Halloween is not my favorite holiday, so Violet does the trick-or-treating during the day (all the shop owners participate, which is nice). 

This year, our neighbors are having a toddler party out front which should be fun. Hudson and Sterling are friends with all the kids and babies who live next door!
